Number 10- Decorating

Underindulging- rest, exercise, prayer, meditation- often health-promoting things get pushed on the back burner during the hectic holidays. Set a new precedent this year, starting with more frequent visits to the chiropractor.

The vital energy that runs your body comes from the brain, travels over nerves and gives vitality and vigor to the body.
